    Leadership can be challenging in the best of times. The tumultuous times of the pandemic and co-occurring crises (racial turmoil, increasing struggles with mental health and substance use, upswing in suicide and opioid deaths, unsteady economy, wildfires and hurricanes, political divide), bring all new uncertainty and stressors – know you’re not alone and there are resources and ways to support the well-being of yourself and those you lead.  Join us for an interactive virtual peer support session to share and listen to others express concerns and hope.
